OS/2 Warp - Goodbye
23 December 2005 was the last day for OS/2 Warp marketing. Support too will stop on 31 December 2006. OS/2 was stable, a lot more stable than the IBM support staff :P who tried to help me install it.I fooled about with OS/2 for a while. It talked to Novell and at the time that was important to me. Tushar will have some memories of Warp too.

Oh, sweet Warp! I remember you well. Four DOS instances running separate BBS 'doors', on the same machine that would choke on one otherwise. I eventually even switched to Maximus on OS/2. Good days.

I think I still have a backup 4 mm DAT of your BBS somewhere.
