Palm Pilot

Yesterday my Tungsten E suddenly stopped working. I was happily reading stuff in AvantGo while travelling to work, when all of a sudden I got a few random horizontal black lines, then the screeen went black at the bottom and then right till the top. Pressing the reset button does not do anything.
Anyone seen this happen before? Palm India does not take kindly to palms bought from anyone else.
