Sony has a chipset that will bring Digital TV to Cell Phones. Meanwhile NEC has a prototype of a TV-Capable cellphone that they hope to actually bring to market by 2005. Now they just need to pop in Dolby Headphones and we will have a whole bunch of crosseyed people around.
